    Choose HRD Corp Claimable Courses and select MAHA (TP Reg. No. 202303013091). Approval comes within 48 hours of a complete application. The course can start 14 days after approval.

What is AI at Work for Managers and Executives?
AI at Work for Managers and Executives is a one day, hands on HRD Corp Claimable Course (Programme No. 10001772072) by MAHA Training & Consultancy, an HRD Corp Registered Training Provider in Kuala Lumpur. Managers, executives, supervisors and HR staff use AI tools safely on real tasks from their own jobs and leave with 4 finished outputs: a prompt library and safe use checklist, one complete SOP, a training guide with a quiz, and reusable report templates. It runs online or face to face in Kuala Lumpur, and in house anywhere in Malaysia.
Do participants need AI experience?
No. Session 1 starts from the basics. Bring a laptop and real tasks from your job.
What should participants bring?
A laptop, access to an AI assistant (your company approved AI platform is highly recommended), and 2 or 3 real tasks from their job. We send a short setup guide a week before.
Which AI tools do participants use?
Any AI assistant they are comfortable with. Your company approved AI platform is highly recommended. Without one, a free account on a widely used AI assistant, opened with a work email, is enough. We send a short setup guide a week before. In house training can use your company’s approved tool.
Is our company data safe?
Participants use non confidential or anonymised information only. Session 1 covers PDPA. Every output belongs to you.
What language is it delivered in?
English, Bahasa Malaysia or both, depending on your team.
Do participants get a certificate?
Yes. Everyone who completes the day gets a MAHA Certificate of Completion.
What do participants keep after the day?
Their 4 outputs, a digital workbook, and short e-learning modules to refresh each session.

Fees and HRD Corp

Is there an upfront payment?
No, for approved HRD Corp grants. HRD Corp pays MAHA from your levy. Companies not claiming pay before the programme.
When must HR apply for the grant?
After we confirm the cohort, and at least 3 weeks before. Approval comes within 48 hours, and the course can start 14 days after. Training before approval cannot be claimed.

Cohorts and in house training

How many participants are in each cohort?
Online public cohorts take 6 to 12 participants. Face to face public cohorts in Kuala Lumpur take 8 to 20. In house training takes up to 20 participants. Sending 10 or more people? In house training usually suits you better.
Can we run it at our premises?
Yes. In house is RM 10,500 per group of up to 20, anywhere in Malaysia.
What if a public cohort does not go ahead?
We confirm each cohort 4 weeks ahead, before your HR applies. If it does not go ahead, we offer the next date or in house training.
